been married since 2002 filed 1485 about year now just got letter for interview in may 2005 right now we are separate and she need divorce shes not going with me to my 1485 interview what can i do need help wife is us citizen

if she does not go for interview and your I-485 is through US citizen(wife) and you are legaly separated then you cant get GC, in your case she needs divorce it means if she does not go for Interview you may not get your I-485 approved, talk to her or a good lawyer as I am not expert in family based GC

Even if she goes to the interview and you get GC, your GC is conditional to living together as husband and wife for 2 years otherwise the GC will be considered fraudulently achieved and your future chances of GC thru employer are seriously jeopardized. Talk to a lawyer.
