My visa expires on 30th November. I have shifted from company A to company B and applied for transfer through premium processing.My wife is on h4 and her visa also expires on 30th Nov. I have applied for my wife's extension also with my application.In the receipt number given to me by the INS, I find the information only for I-129.My attroney says that the receipt number is both for I129 amd I539.My wife fears about her legal status after Nov 30 as we donot find her details in the receipt number given.Is she legal to stay here after Nov 30 as we have applied for her extension or will I have to apply for her extension through premium processing?Please help me

If your wife does not receive recipt with her number, there will be a problem (means your attorney did not file her papers properly.) Check with your attorney. If he messed up the papers, apply again immediately
