My H1B has been filed by my employer. However, my spouse is currently in the US as a student (F1 visa). In the questionnaire there is one question asking if your spouse is in the US so I was wondering whether this would affect the approval of my H1B visa?
Also, I do not have an experience letter from my 1st employer but have those from the last and the current one. However, I have the offer letter, confirmation letter, last payslip duly signed and stamped by the HR Manager, my photo and article on my ex-company's newsletter and a copy of my tax declaration (TDS form) for the same. Would these documents make up for the missing experience letter?
I have a bachelor's degree in engg apart from more than 4 years of experience.
