Please Help!!!

Our reciept date is Oct 2002 and we still haven't received any FP notice. I was thinking of faxing a letter to INS regarding this. But am not sure who the letter should be addressed to? Should be addressed to the director of TSC or.....????
Can someone PLEASE let me know? It would be a GREAT help

first use your attorney to send if not then create simple letter, Director TSC name

ur all detail petition type src# Alien # etc

simple english two line request.

and then fax them + paper mail them+ call them on 800 for FP req
