My Attorney just got "Request for INITIAL EVIDENCE", asking for a new supplemental Form to I-693 Document of Immunization.

I didnt have the immunization records when i applied. So i think i got to take them now.

BUt My Question is this............. MY FP is expiring in 1 month.

WHats the difference between "Request for INITIAL EVIDENCE" and "Request for Additional EVIDENCE"

Does "Request for INITIAL EVIDENCE" mean that they just picked up my case and saw that my immunization records are not there? Does it mean that they would do all the background check and Name check etc after they get my response? If so, does it mean that that would take more time and my FP might expire?

First of all DO NOT PANIC plz.

There is Absolutely no need to panic just smile your case is live and moving. like this :D .

Wouldn't it be nice if you also have shared ur RD/ND other dates and a little history about ur case .

Anyway. you are not first person who is getting I-693 (I believe its Medical Exam). if you don't have record no prob a little burdon on ur wallet $$ :) :rolleyes: go ahead and send ur new Medical Exam.

What else they are asking in RFE would u share with us what is exactly written in ur RFE.

And don't be confused with "Initial or Additional blah blah". they use language to remind u that you/ur Attorny didn't submit the most necessary doc. thats all.

FP - 03/03

This is the only thing they have asked.

The top line says "Request for Initial Evidence."

Then blah blah (In short, asking for immunization records.)

Keeping fingers crossed. Will try to send everything to attorney this week end and hoping attorney would submit the records next week.
 
Just Do it your medical again or go to the same Dr. and ask him to certify again. Some times they won't charge some times they will.

Send it immediately so that your FP will not expire.
