hi guys
my i-485 asylum based has a receipt notice date february 29th 2000
my freinds has receipt notice dates march 6th 2000 and march 10th 2000
in march 1st 2004 they both received a fingerprint appointment notices
and they did their fingerprint allready ,it s been one month and a half now and i did not receive any thing yet from bcis even though i applied before my freinds
does it happen like that usually?
is there any thing wrong with my application?
did someone experience the same probleme ?
please can someone explaine for me how the NSC deal with the fingerprint notices for asylum adjustment ?
do they go by order of the receipt notice date or jut all the applications are mixed?
and if the fingerprint notice came very late does it effect the processing time too?

just sit and relax. we are all waiting and nobody knows what the USCIS is up to. Mine ND is Dec 1999 and still nothing. Read the old posts and you will find many usefull information ...

thanx a lot NOFREEDOM i m new on this site and i realised that
there is too many guys have the same probleme and god knows what they are doing cause i saw some guys their ND in 2001 and they got their FP notice
i hope we get ours soon good luck NOFREEDOM and thanx for replying
