Hi Gurus,

I filed EAD & AP for my wife in first week of february. Till today we have not received receipts and i checked with my bank and the cashier check also not encashed yet. Please tell me what is wrong here and what can i do now?

seems like papers have not reached USCIS. who posted the papers, you ? or your lawyer ? . if your lawyer then ask the lawyer. if it is you then Was that a registered post ? do you have tracking number or delivery confirmation receipt ?

my lawyer posted. he doesn't know what day he posted as he keep on sending papers to uscis so he said that he is not able to keep track that what papers were posted on what date.
 
In that case, its your lawyer's responsiblity. one has to keep a track of what and when are they sending to USCIS. Now ask your lawyer what to do next ?

I would insist the lawyer and make him understand the responsiblity so that he/she can call USCIS to confirm if they have received any papers in your name ?
