I130 should be filled by sponsor not benificiary. Its a form for petition for alien relative. dhhh....

The I-130 is in view of the petitioner. It is a petition for you right? So then everytime that they ask about "your relative" means the relative of the petitioner. In this case the relative of the petitioner is you.

Now after that little explanation, your answers:
1. On #7, maiden name is your name when you were not married (if you are now), means when you were single. So let's say that your name was Ann Gupta (single) and now you change it to Ann Oma (married), so you put Gupta as your maiden name. If it is the same (because you didn't change it) then you put the same name. If you are married is not necessary to change your name is a personal choice.

2. If you have children or a husband or a wife. You should list them in those lines. It is about you, you are the relative, including yourself.

Good luck,

thanks for your response

Thank u

I already know that the petitioner is the one who fills the form. But my husband needs my information to fill the form, right? We are filling the form together. Anyway, so in question #17 should we write my husband name then? or just says NONE

You write NONE.

I think you should write your husband name there. It says husband/wife of your relative. So you will be the relative (benificiary) of your husband and your husband/wife means your husband.
That is what I did. Your call.

In my opinion, that section would be used only if you are applying for a parent, married sibling or a married child. In case of a spouse, it doesnt make sense for the petitioner to write his own name again and my best guess is whatever you write would be ignored. So there should not be a problem if name is written or NONE is written. Like amishah said, its your call...

The question #17 asks to name family members immigrating with your relative to US (means you and your non-US citizens husbands and children).
Same I-130 application is used for all sorts of relatives including parents, sibling and married children, so not everything will apply to you.
Your current husband is already US citizen. He is not immigrating anywhere, in fact - he is the petitioner. His name is on a top of this application and you already listed like his wife/beneficiary right on a front.
Does it make a sense?
Write NONE for #17.

I have another question. I'm filling the form G325A, The last part says APPLICANT: Be sure to put your name and Alien Registration Number in the box outlined by heavy border below. Complete this Bos (Family Name) (given name) (Middle Name) ( Alien Registration number) My question is. What should I write in my Biografic information, what is the Alien Registration number? and What my husband should write there?

Thank u

If your husband is a LPR, he writes his A# in that section, if USC, then N/A
Since you dont have A#, you write N/A
