Please Help with I-130 forms.

Hi ,
I am filling I-130 for my parents. To prove USA Citizenship . Do I need to send FS-240 form with copy of my naturalization certificate?
Do i also need to send copy of my US passport.
Please advice me.

I believe a copy of your U.S. passport is sufficient as proof of citizenship. Can anyone further along in the AoS process confirm my belief?
 
I thought if you had FS-240, you are automatically a citizen by birth and you do not need to be naturalized. Either way if you read the instructions, a FS-240 or a Naturalization Certificate or an unexpired passport would suffice to prove citizenship.
