please help??? when I am eligible

I guess I have broken continous residency, i don't understand when i am eligible, please help, these are my information

got PR on july/4/1999

arrived to USA on july/4/1999 stayed till august/21/1999
took reentry permit and came back on sep/9/2001 stayed till nov/06/2001
came back on oct/21/2002 stayed till nov/03/2002
came back on dec/24/2002 stayed till jun/20/2003
came back on may/02/2004 staying till current date.

Help me when i am eligible.

I would think May 3, 2008 ... 4 years and 1 day since you restarted continuous residence on May 2, 2004 (if you break continuous residence you have to rebuild just 4 years and 1 day, not redo the whole 5 years from scratch).

Unless you have been and still are married to a US citizen, so the rule would be 2 years and 1 day, which would make you already eligible.

Thank u 4 ur response, can I apply 90 days prior before may 3 2008, as in 5 yrs case the rule says that, can apply 90 days prior, so does the same rule applies to me?

Probably not, because the 90-day rule only seems to apply to regular 3yr/5yr applicants.
