Hi,

Me and my wife are thinking to apply for candian Green Card.

We are in US on H1-B.

My wife had felony charge which is not DUI related. Recently, she went to court and judge drooped her probation and gave record clearance. But, still she has felony in her records. We are also in the process of reducing her charge from felony to misdemeanor and she paid all the restutution to county.

My questions:
1. What are the chances of getting green card?
2. Can some refer some lawyer who is experience in dealing things like that?

Thank You

she has a record clearance, that wont effect it much at all
and geting it to stick as a misdemeanor means u have nothing at all to worry about

about the lawyer, your best contacting immigWest or maybe Immigration Choice , fill out a free assessment form, and voila, theyll help you with what you need
Ask them for lawyer listings and so on

Hope everything goes well for you!
Mike.
