Please help by responding to this thread ,
For the Past 4 weeks my I485 & my EAD case says
"We are sorry, but due to a temperory problem with our system we are unable to access your account, Please call back at a later time"

The online status(on the web) says,

Your response to the RFE was received on Dec 29, 2003. It takes between 720 days......to process this kind of case"

1st FP Feb 5,2002
2nd FP Nov 6,2003
Got another FP notice but the local service center refused to do FP as the previous FP was still valid

RFE issued on Dec 2, 2003
RFE response received by BCIS on Dec 29, 2003
No news after this !!!!

The strange thing is that my Adv Parole receipt number works
Any helpful information to this is greatly appreciated :(
 
Don't panic. You are not alone. I have been in the same situation since 11/03/03.

The online message for my son says 730 days. The telephone message says " The system is temporarily unavailable blah,blah....


don't panic. As long as you not changed to address or if you have changed your address and notified UCIS, it should be fine
 
Thank you very much for these responses. I've changed address and we've received confirmation @ the new address that the address has been changed. Also, the latest FP notice(which the service centre refused to do) came to the new address.

Online status on the web says bet ween 730 & 730 days (which is well past from Dec 2001 !)


Still waiting to hear from BCIS tel status. Wonder how AP receipts works but not I485 or EAD :confused: :mad:
