Please help, Sent doc's to SL for reval forgot one doc

Hi Guys,

I797 at the bottom left we get the Aliens permanent record with new vaildity dates.
I forgot to send it to the SL.
Any one who got his visa approved can please update me.
Will my visa be send back under 221(g) or they will ask me to go to india.

Please help, any help is highly appreciated.

--- And at the right side is your I-94; did you attach the I-94 that came with H1 approval in the passport? If yes, then they can verify your I-94 validity as it has your EAC# or WAC # or NSC # because on left part it is clearly written “Detach this Half for personal records” I don’t see any issues if you attached valid I-94 in PP and sent original H1 approval Notice.
