Please Help!!!! " Got letter from INS saying that $25 check for FP missing"

Hi Guys,

Just got a mail from my attorney saying that $25 check missing for FP for spouse. Mail Date 10/4. Attorney\'s office said to check with bank and if INS has not cashed then send another check. Just wanted to know:
a. Does this slow process for both of us.
b. Does this affect getting the EAD.

Please answer me if anyone has information.

Why it should change your process timing etc? I dont think it will have any effect.
