Please help! Questions about filling out 485 and 131 forms.

1. Item#3 in I-131 form asks for "class of admission"?

What is it? I originally came to the U.S. on H1B visa 6 years ago and I went back to school 2 years ago, by the time I will file my GC application, I will be on F-1 OPT. What should I put for this question? H1B? F-1? F-1 OPT?

2. Part 3 in I-485 form asks for nonimmigrant visa number.

Is it the "control number" on my visa stamp?
