I have a B1/B2 visa from my country where I can visit the USA multiple times. My brother is a citizen who lives in arizona. I would like to come to the US to work and live.

How long would it take for the I130 to be approved?
Can the I765, I485, I130 be submitted at the same time?
Do I have to be present in the US when these are being processed?

do not understand

i have asked different questions in my other post and the reason for me to ask the question again is because I do not understand what you are telling me and i am hoping that someone else can shed some light, because u are not making any sense to me.

You need to read the USCIS guidelines. I dont think you understand the term immediate relative as defined by USCIS.

For starters, begin here..

and then you will know if i made sense or not :)

Thanks alot for all your help

I want to thank you for all the information, but maybe i am reading too many websites and I am getting conflicting information. I think I need to go sleep and try at this tomorrow, thanks again :) :) :)

You, as a brother/sister of an American citizen fall in the 4th preference category, you are not considered an immediate relative (child under 21, spouse, parent of USC)
So for you to get you PD current it takes easily over 10 years.
While your I-130 is pending and after it is approved it's a big chance you'll not be allowed back in the US as a tourist.

Ari explained it very clearly this time on the other thread.
(even though, usually he doesn't make to much sense
:D :D :D)
