- Me and wife filed married joint tax return with 2 dependents (kids).
- Last year 2010 income was $29,000, so it's under Poverty Guideline.
Questions:
- I file I-864 and wife files I-864a, right?
- I also need joint sponsor, what form they need to file?
- Here is my main confuse. Will joint sponsor be responsible for the difference between our income and Poverty Guideline or their income must meet Poverty Guideline which househole size = their size + my dad?
