Please help on filing I-485

Hi! I will be filing I-485 and I have a question about G325A, do i have to send another copy since I already send it with I-130? I'm not filing concurrently. Thank you and I will appreciate any response.

Only the person who is adjusting status needs to fill out G-325A not the sponsor. In other words if you are sponsoring your wife only her G-325A is required and not your. Send the medical report as well as your I-864 and 2 photo picuture of the applicant and the approval notice of I-130 or one that is pending that will make a visa number available if approved.

how do we get the medical done?? r there any authorised doctors for that??

You have to use a civil surgeon. Go to USCIS website and look up medical exam to find a doctor in your area. It has to be one approved by INS or it will not count. The exam will cost anywhere from $100 to $200 depending who you go to and where you live.
