Please help on AP question again.

Hi friends,
As in my previous posts, my wife already left US last week back to India to see her Mom, because my layer called me her request for expedite AP got approved, they got the fax from INS as the proof. And I can fedex the original doc to her when I receive it later. However, I noticed today the offical date of approval from online checking is April 19th(this Monday). So I called my lawyer and what they told me is the INS made a mistake and they actually approved the case twice. Then my wife should be fine, no problem when she comes back? Please confirm this with your experience. Many thanks.

How was ur wife able to get emergency AP without even filing I485?

Can u plz post details as to how, where and for what reason that u got emergency AP. I am also in a similar situation. Thnx much.

We have our 485 pending now. I140 approved months ago.
