Please help! Not received renewal EAD

My RD for EAD is jan 15 2003. My current EAD expires Mar 18 2003. If I dont receive it can I...

remain with the company but go on unpaid leave as in no pay no benefits? My company supports me on this.

Will this create any problems ... My i485 RD is 12/5/2001.

if online status shows your new EAD already approved, then you shoud be ok to continue to work. your card usually will come in about 4 weeks after approval date, and your new EAD card's vaild start date will be exact same as approval date or next day of your current card's exp date(if thru renew option).
