Please help! NO LUD after FP. HOW to check FP status?

Hello,

I did FP last week but there was no LUD after the FP. I heard that people usually get LUD right after FP. I am worried. Is there any way that I could check the status of my FP though email or phone number? My case is in TSC. Thank you very much.
 
I did my FP 3 and 1/2 months back. Still no LUD. I posted this question once on this forum and never got any reply from anyone.
If someone can please shed some light on this, it would help us nervous folks.

Call FBI # 304-625-5590

Have your A # and they will ask you your A# and they will update you with where you at with your FP.

Called them. They have sent the results back to CIS the same afternoon that we did FP. How come the LUD has not changed yet?
 
No LUD date change

Same here. I did FP two weeks back but still no LUD change. Reading previous discussions, I think it does not matter.
 
No LUD Change after Biometrics

Folks,

We have the same issue going on....

Gave our Biometrics (Code 2) August 5th, but no update yet in the online status.

Our I-140/485 notice date is March 1, 2004 - concurrent filing.

Right now, Feb 1st 2004 applications are going on.

I'm worried why our status is not updated online.

I have the biometics (code 2) last week and just checked the status online. The LUD is updated but the message is still the one from 2004 when FP1 was done.

I just called FBI to find out about the finger print status. To my surprise they said, they haven't recieved them from the USCIS center. We gave the biometrics on August 5th. What the FBI system shows is only my 1st Finger print information which was done last year.

Tried calling USCIS but when I input the LIN# it is saying that "due to system issues we cannot access your info right now. Please call later". This message is coming for the past few days.

What might be the reason ? Please add your input.
 
The day when you give your FP or Biometrics if you see date change that is enough. Usually date changes once or twice after that.

No matter whether they change message to FP received or not no need to worry about that.

Mine never updated to FP received but my 485 approved.

What do i do now? I dont have any LUD on 485 so far. We did FP mid May. I called FBI, they sent FP results were sent to CIS the same day. I am beginning to worry now. Please help. If I call USCIS, will they tell me the status? My 485 RD is Apr 2005 and am thinking they will ask me to wait till their processing date has reached my RD.

I don't think it necessary mean you are in trouble. I did code 1 finger print August 26. There was no immediate change in LUD until the approval today. My information is follows:

EB1-OR
I140 ND Feb 20, 2004, Approval Nov 23, 2004
I485 ND Feb 20, 2005, FP code 1 Aug. 26, Approval Sept 2, 2005

which center? Did you get notice for 2nd FP (Index finger & Photo & Signature) for your card?

I think change in LUD depends on the center / officer. In my case there were no date changes after FP. I got approval email directly. My spouse however got date change the next day of FP.

I think we should not worry about these LUDS. Just my thoughts!
 
Both I and my wife did finger print on Sep. 10, 2005. LUD for our 485s changed to Sep 13, 2005 after 3 days. I assume it is related to fingerprinting. I am still waiting for 485 approval. I am not sure how this retrogression will impact on our case.
 
My LUD never changed after my fingerprints. The online message never changed from "we sent you a notice to appear for fingerprint recording" until the approval. so don't worry about it.

what is code on your notice, code 1, all FP, code 2 (biometrics) index FP/digital photo and signature on a LCD screen. Generally code 2 notice issues after 485 approval and LUD changes very fast. make sure at what stage you are. You will hardly see any change after code 1 has been done.

Texas Service Center. The second FP notice is the approval notice. I booked an appoint through infopass one day after I received the physical notice at Charleston support center. They do not take digital picture/fingerprint/signature, everything was done the hardway (paper and ink).
