Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum and was hoping that some of you out there could kindly give me some advice in regards to my current predicament. Well the story goes like this: About a year ago i got married to a United States Citizen, filled for the my adjustment of status (I-485) in May 2006 which was marriage based. Had my interview in August, was told that i was pre-approved pending my name check - its been about three months or so and my case is still pending. Now here lays the real problem, my wife has decided that she wants a divorce and has no intention of trying to salvage the relationship. So my questions now are 1) What are my options? 2) Can she withdraw her I-130 at this point? 3) If we do get a divorce will i still be eligible for a GC?
