Please help Necessary documents 485/EAD/AP

We are about to file the 485, AP and EAD.
I contacted my lawyer to see what the list is of papers that we need, so we can still beat the low fee deadline. Our PD of Feb 04 was current as of June 1. He was in the process of putting the papers together when the news broke on July 2. Can someone please direct me to the list of papers, number of pictures for each form etc. I am still waiting to hear from my lawyer. but want to start to put the big envelope together to drop of at his office. I already have the medicals and the birth certificate copies.

I think this is what I sent, but even if you miss something its ok they will request it later but send the application before July 30th.

I don't remember how many photos I sent for 485, check with your attorney.
I485 application.
Copy of labor
Copy of I140 approval notice (If already filed)
Copy of Birth certificate
Medicals
If in H1 all copies of approvals.
Last 3 pay stubs.
Copies of last 3 years tax filing.
Employment letter.
Copy of Passport.




EAD Primary

• Check in the amount of $180 for the filing fee;
• Form I-765 with two photographs;
• Copy of I-485 filing receipt notice;(I am not sure what attorneys do for first time)
• Copy of I-140 approval notice;
• Copy of front and back of I-94 arrival/departure card;
• Copy of front/back of last EAD and previous EAD mailer; (Ignore if first time)
• Copy of Birth certificate.
• Color Copy of driver’s license;
• Color copy of passport’s biographic page;

EAD Spouse
All above said docs +
• Copy of Marriage certificate; (For spouse application)

AP Primary
• Check in the amount of $170 for the filing fee;
• Form 131 with two photographs;
• Copy of I-485 filing receipt notice;
• Copy of I-140 approval notice;
• Copy of front and back of I-94 arrival/departure card;
• Copy of last approved Advance Parole document;
• Copy of Birth certificate;
• Color Copy of driver’s license;
• Color copy of passport’s biographic page.

AP Spouse
All above said docs +
• Copy of Marriage certificate; (For spouse application)
