Please help - Name check

ND : 11/20/2003 (concurrent I140/I485) - EB3
Got 2nd EAD
FP : 09/10/2004

It looks like USCIS did not requested a name check(according to below email)

What can I do?
Am I suppose to wait till online processing time to reached my ND to do some thing or I can start contacting Senator, fax INS etc.. now?

Will they approve atleast I140 without Name Check?

Please help.

I am responding to your e-mail sent on September 30, 2004, requesting
for status of an FBI Name Check.

A review of the FBI's Name Check Program database concerning MY NAME here does not indicate that a request has ever been received from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Therefore, you may wish to contact the USCIS local office for further
processing of your case.

I am sorry we are unable to be of more assistance for these two cases
at this time.

What were the contents the letter and what e-mail address did you send it to? Please provide the format.
