Please help my friend

My friend wants to do his medical for applying 485.
He is in NJ piscataway area. Could you please suggest me good doctor who charges reasonably.
Does he need to take forms with him or will doctor provide the same?
If he need to take then where does he get the same from, lawyer or web.

I checked almost every INS Doctors in NJ. The cheapest one is Dr.Frank Brady in West Orange. His fees are $185 per person. He does not take credit cards or personal checks. He is almost 70 years old.

Try US Health works at piscataway They are located at Stelton Rd opposite to Pizza Hut. They are good.

It is cheaper to do medical in NY, opposite to Immigration building.
Because there are several doctors right across from the INS, they have competitive prices, they are open on saturdays and you will get your medical results within an hour. In NJ i think you have to wait atleast 3-5 days to get your results.
