My Fresh H1b petition has been approved since Oct'05. I moved to another country in between, so last month (i.e. Jan'06) my employer applied for I824 'Change of Approved petition' for Change of Address and also Place of Embassy.
The new application process shows 575 to 625 days total on the INS website.
I can't wait for that long.
Is it possible to apply for H1B Visa in the same U.S.embassy with the same old approved H1B petition?
Please help me in this regard.
