I applied my I140/I485 in Nov2004.Iam loosing my job with the GC sponsoring company in may 2005.Iam EB3.I think my 140 will not be approved by that time.But my company is ready to support me through out the GC process.
my question is
1.what if i get an rfe(assuming iam working with some other company in the same skill set)on ability to pay issue.can my GC sponsoring employer support me on this.
2.What if they ask for previous paystubs(by that time i dont have paystubs with them)
how can he answer for that kind of RFE's.Eventhough he is assuring me to support in case of RFE's how can he answer for that kind of RFE's without having me in payroll
please some body share ur ideas on this.

------ if you join new employer you will have pay stubs from him, submit AC21 letter with new employer pay stubs when you become eligible to use AC21

---GC is for future job, he can reply RFE

got another Q ginnu

I dont want to inform uscis about my change of job.because i know i cannot change job until my I140 has been approved.so in that case if they ask for my paystubs(rfe) what should i do(assuming the rfe for i 140 and they ask for paystubs).I cannot use AC21 right

what if they ask my paystubs UN.If they see my paystubs they will know that i left the company before i140 approval right.then what will happen

They should not ask for paystubs for I-140. If they ask that is only to verify you maintained your status throgh out.
