I applied my I140/I485 in Nov2004.Iam loosing my job with the GC sponsoring company in may 2005.Iam EB3.I think my 140 will not be approved by that time.But my company is ready to support me through out the GC process.
my question is
1.what if i get an rfe(assuming iam working with some other company in the same skill set)on ability to pay issue.can my GC sponsoring employer support me on this.
2.What if they ask for previous paystubs(by that time i dont have paystubs with them)
how can he answer for that kind of RFE's.Eventhough he is assuring me to support in case of RFE's how can he answer for that kind of RFE's without having me in payroll
please some body share ur ideas on this.
