Please Help Me (Travelling to India for 2 weeks).....

Hi,

Thank You In Advance.

My visa stamping on passport is valid upto Sept 2011 . But its on my previous company name (Y). 1 year back I moved to X company(current working company).

Now I am planning to leave for India for 2 weeks vacation in May 2011. Is it mandatory to have same X current company visa stamping on my passport.

Please suggest me. Will it be any problem at port of entry.

My Previous company I-797 was cancelled and Current company I-797 valid upto 2012 Sept.

When enter US at POE show valid visa in passport AND H1 approval notice of current employer and you will get I-94 valid till Latest H1 approval notice(2012 Sept)
**Keep the latest employer letter and show only if asked at POE.
