please help me to go to India..

My husband is working with a different company other than the company which is sponsoring his GC.Now we are at I-485 stage and he will start working with the company doing his GC once he gets his EAD. i worked for a company on H1 till last year and they revoked my H1 on jan 18th 2002.Mean while my husband working with a different company applied for H4 for me with RD on jan 4th 2002.My question is can i go to India in June with AP filed by the company which is doing GC for my husband or am i out of status because my H4 is still in the processing and my H1 is revoked.Please let me know the potential problems involved if i go to India on AP.it will be of great help if any one can answer to my problem.

Options...

First off, AP is visa without questions. You can come back without any questions asked (except for validity of the 485 app and A# stuff)
You can send a letter withdrawing your H4 app, since you can also get your EAD and use that for employment (at which time H4 is not required).
As 485 applicants your status is Applicant to adjust status as PR. So you are fine.

That your 485 application is a valid one and they are able to pull your details using the Alien Number (A#)
