please help me:problem related to H1b rejection/stamping

Hi,
I worked for company A for one year in US and holding their visa in my
passport which is valid until Sep2007. I moved to Company B and comp B
filed for H1b transfer and I started working with them after getting
the receipt notice. After working 5 months with Company B, my H1b
transfer with company B got rejected in 1st week Jul'06 (Because of
Company B issues). Mean while, Comp A has revoked(canceled) my H1b
with them. When my H1b transfer with Company B was rejected, my status
became out of status since then onwards. After that I quit US after
one week and I returned back to India, and I filled my H1b with
Company C and it got approved.

Here my question is
1. Can I come to US on Company A's visa (which is there in my
Passport and is valid until September 2007)?, I'm looking to avoid
stamping with new H1b approval now.
2. If required to go for stamping, can I attend the visa interview at
any US consulate in India?. Just for your info, I got stamped H1b for
1st time at Singapore US consulate.
If any one of you faced this kind of situation, Please reply me, this
will help me a lot.

It is not clear, whether company C's H1 is transfer one or new one.

It may be definitely new one, so you have to get your visa stamped any consulate in India before departing .
