PLEASE HELP! --- Long waiting on Canada PR case

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum. I hope I can get some advices for my frustrated experience.

I sent my skilled worker Canada PR application in 10/2003 Bufallo. I got IA with interview waiver in 06/2004. I got medical done 07/2004 and mailed all requested documents at the same time. I got another document request in 09/2004, I mailed and faxed it immediately. And I haven't got any response since then. Is it normal? What should I do? Any suggestions are highly appreciated!

BTW. I ordered my CAIPS notes 11/2004, and I can see the medical results from there. Mine is OK with "1". but my husband got "3". I remember I saw a post from somewhere "3" is OK. Am I right?

You should order a CAIPS notes code kit ( pdf document) that explains the different coding meanings. I think its 5$. Maybe if you search the internet you can find a copy for free. But I believe you can download it instantly.

But I am wondering if my experience is special? Anybody else has similiar experience? I sent fax many times to query my status. but never get reply.
Except for ordering CAIPS notes, anything else can we do with our case status?

CIC does not respond to faxes. They even say that if you send too many faxes it slows down the process. So CAIPS is the only detailed status you can get other than e-client(which is not detailed anyway).
