I have an interview to attend and I have recieved an interview notice to appear for personal interview. Mine is employment based application.
INS has issued a checklist which among various things also asks for"Employer\'s financial statement"
My employer is not willing to provide it.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS??
DO INS at the time of interview ask for financial statement of employer???

- IF yes, what should I do in this case where my F***ing employer does not want to provide the information.
PLEASE HELP!!!!

Get a letter from your employer as follows...

sorry..we dont provide such sensitive information.Maybe taker some company annual reports(if public) .

Ask attorney for proper advice..just my suggestion.

Where is your interview at?

RFE issued to my colleague

At the time of my colleague/friend I-140 processing INS asked for company\'s financial report and also companies detailes. At that time my company provided all the information to the lawyer and this happened last year. 2 months ago he got his green card.
I think company has to provide all documents requested by INS. Better consult Lawyer and take further steps

what if

I think your employer has no problem providing this info to lawyer (bcos you should have provided this info during I140 application , you may not know but your lawyer may have done this). So why dont you take your lawyer (may be company lawyer but you can hire him for that day). He may get the required financial docs from your company. That way your employer may not have to give you this info directly but he could give it to lawyer who can show it in the interview if asked for.

- good luck

What some of you have said is correct.
The H-1 application has all the information, apart from your I-140 application.
The best thing, is to get the copy of your H-1 and I-140 from your lawyer and if you are working in a company, the company internal website should have statement about company\'s financial health.
If it is not for any reason, show the RFE to your lawyer and hire his service for that day. He will do the necessary paper work for you. Relax and seek help from the lawyer, or your HR personnel who has applied your GC.

THANKS EVERYONE BUT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

My attorney says he cant give my employer\'s information to me since the lawyer is also my employer\'s lawyer.
That jerk is so much inclined towards my employer. I am just afraid at the time of my interview if IIO asks about the employers financial statements and tax returns. What would I say or do????

Let your lawyer go to interview with you and let him keep the finacial statement. then everything will be fine.
