Is there any difference in I-485 application process from normal thru employment and thru immediate relative....will both take same time ??? or is there any difference.....

Not necessarily..

relative based I-485 processing is usually much faster as it is processed in district office (<12 months usually). Employment based I-485 is done at the service center and is currently taking ~ > 18 months

Is is quicker to file I-130 under consular processing in Mumbai or File I-130 and I-485 concurrently while in US. Pittsburgh I 485 priority date is Aug 2003.

thank you guys.....is it usual that finger printing gets expired for N-400 application.....................
