Please help : J1 waiver, NIW denial

Hi,


I'm a physician working on J1 waiver. I applied for NIW and my spouse got
EAD and AP. My spouse started working using EAD, couple of months back.

Today I came to know that NIW is denied, don't know the reason yet.

What are the options available to me at this time ?
Like I can go for PERM processing ?

What happens to my spouse EAD status ?
Can he go back to H4 status ?

Your spouse can leave the US and re-enter in H4 status. She has to stop working though.
