Hello,

Have anyone been interviewed and not approved? I had my interview and the person told me that my case will be forwarded to the supervisor to reivew as it is future employment case. He said the supervisor will make the decision

You need to explain more about your situation to get some answers here...This website is a great resourse.
Anyways, yes, I had my interview in July-05 and I am not approved yet cuz of my pending I-140, Name chack and Retrogression.
As I said I am not sure about the specifics on your case...If your I-140 is approved and you don't have the retrogression problem AND your name chack results are back from FBI then you need to put some pressure on INS. YOu can contact your congressman and have them request an inquiry.
