Please Help !!important question about filing I-485

HI All,
I am planning to filefor I -485 concurrently. I have 2 questions
1. I donot have a birth certificate but I have a age/nationality certificate fromm india i think its called domicile may be , can that be used for I -485.

2.do i have to take medical exams before applying ie now.

2. what are the disadvantages of applying in EB3 category

please HELP soon!!!

1. Also get affidavits from your parents/elder relatives (see immihelp.com for formats) just in case.

2. yes. Without completed 693 your 485 application might be rejected as incomplete

3. None. In 2001 EB3 and EB2 produced nearly same number of GC holders.
