Please help...important...How can I talk to a live person at USCIS customer service on SATURDAY?

I really need to talk to someone at USCIS today (Saturday)! It is very important! The USCIS website says that starting in August, customer service agents ARE available on Saturdays...but I know combination I press will get me through to anyone. Please, please if you can help please post here.
 
call Phone Number 800-375-5283, Choose the language you want (English or Spanish), then press 2 (to talk to them about forms that were already submitted), then press 2, then press 1.
 
Thanks I tried that, but it says agents are available Monday to Friday....but the USCIS clearly says that live people are now available to talk to on Saturdays. Any advice, please?
