Please Help I Want To Sue Immigration

My husband (citizen) and I filed I-130 and I-485 april 15 2005, we have not even received an interview, I have done everything possible to check my case status, and everybody just tell me that my case is pending and I have to wait. I AM CONSIDERING TO PROCEED WITH THE "WIRT OF MANDAMUS" AGAINST USCIS, but I have so many questions? can somebody help?

Did you receive any NOA, indicating receipt date and notice date and also receipt number?
 
4/15/05 USCIS RECEIVED APPLICATIONS (I-485/1-130/I-765)
MAY 2005 1ST FINGERPRINTS
JUNE 2005/ WORK PERMIT RECEIVED
JUNE 2006/ 2ND FINGERPRINTS

that's it.

I called coustomer service (so many times already) I went with infopass about 3 times.

I contacted the congressman of florida

NOTHING HAPPEN

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
