Please help...I think I have a major problem.

I sent three applications for AP - one for me, one for my wife and one for my daughter. Each application had a check attached to it along with all copies of required documents with a paper clip...all very organized.

I checked the bank two days ago and one of the check was not cashed...two are fine, one is MIA.
What am I doing now? I am not talking about the check itself, if it lost or something I can void it, the issue is - if someone there dropped it or something, they are going to send me a letter that they are missing payment for this particular application and this will delay the process.

Thank you.

I did not get any receipt yet (by mail, that is), I got the receipts from the back of the checks from my bank (online banking)...that's where I saw that only two checks were cashed and not three, and it does not make sense that three checks that came together, only two of them will be cashed by USCIS...why wouldn't they put all three together?! That's my concern.

----------- you can ask this from service center

---------------wait few days

I received the two "accounted for" receipts by mail today...no clue as to the whereabout of the third one. I know it can surface, I know what you mean about the "wait few days", but I am extremely pasimistic. Knowing these lazy A$%^&es at VSC, it does not make sense how three applications, one underneath the other one, in the same envelope, make their way to two different directions.
I feel like screaming so bad now...everywhere you look with these idiots is nothing but frustration.

- compare the LIN numbers from the receipts to the LIN numbers at the back of your encashed checks ( if your bank sends you the picture of back side of that check)
- call USCIS and enquire if anything is missing

I can't compare because I sent a separate check for each application, so the two checks that were cashed (which I saw in my account online...both front and back), are the two checks of the recepits that I received on Friday. The last one simly gone...no check was cashed and not receipt received, so there is nothing to follow up on...

I would say give it few more days, if its not urgent. these things happen with USCIS. When did you send the checks? and whose is missing?

USCIS in past has pasted photograph of husband on wife EAD the person sent both EAD applications in same envelope they do the mistakes and that is the reason one sends separate petitions in separate envelops .

I sent it on the 6th, and on the 12th I saw the two checks in my bank. They lost my daughter's one...
