Please help I recieved very bad news.....

Nope I will never give up,No way ,I do appreciate your your nice words, but I will never even think about living USA, ,I am not throwing 17 years ,and 3 years of preparing coming to USA ,all together 20 years of my life, just because some ***&^* immigration officer ore IJ just stamp my document "Denied" imaging this somebody who don't even know you don't even care somebody who so pose to deliver justice ,he ore she doesn't even read papers and they decide your fathe?
How many people , and how many family is destroyed, by this immigration crap, imaging it really I have been reading a lot , many family have to live after 22's I know a girl her parents came here when she was 3's old
now she is 24 they are waiting in supreme court and probably is going to happen same they are going to be denied , so this supreme Judges will denied probably destroying many lives and after PM supreme justice will go home.
Du you know how many people got deported, than they got killed in there countrys, but US will never admit that , nor will let you know,but if you read news from other countrys ,you will see. Couples was here for 19 years have 2 children one of 4Y's olld one 3, suprem justice tolld them children are US citizen they can stay but you two must live.
if you read what judge from federal court wrote, you would not believe , you would think that some guy who work in county jail wrote it.
Well I think you all know this.i think i will see what will Happen in monday.

To day I received devastating news .following:

On March 10 you filed an appeal of BIA's decision with the US courts of appeals second Sircuit.on April-15-2005 the United States Court of Appeals Second Circuit, dismissed your appeal.

The service has no record that you have a Form 1-589 pending. Therefore your Application for Employment Authorization is (1-589) denied.

How could this happen ,I don't think my attorney new that my case was dismissed , and I don't think he was he was hiding it from me, we had the discussion that in case if case get denied we are going to file in supreme court, .I left massage for my attorney ,second time when I called his secretary said he knows why you are calling but he is very busy.
That's is creeping me out In first place if I had the good attorney first time it would never come to this and I would be citizen by now. .
So much time 17 years $32.000 many sleepless nights ,one heart attack, now this ??
I think I could be detained, and good knows.
Do you think it could be USCIS some eror? I heard some realy uncualified workers working there for minimum vages.

I have so good job ,and now this.

Any advice, ?? any word well I am trying to stay calm ..wery difficult.

Care2much, I went to work today and kept thinking about your situation. What state are you in? I have a responsible immigration attorney in NYC.

Opinion I am in New York City, I would consider tallking to your att,regardles my att is some kind of high profile,I hoppe I will get in touch with him to morow.

8 years a go iwas in a difficult situation ,i was denied asylum by the IJ,I decided to appeal my case to the EOIR, everybody told me to give up and save my money,

i didny give up ,i went a head with appeal,
my lawyer told me at that time i have slim chance to win the case,

i never give up , iwas so determined to win the case,
i won the case, and in feb 2001 i filed for adjustment status,and
2 days ago i was approved for green card,

dont give up care2much, keep fighting,

somebody told me many years ago that every year the congress grant GC
to certain individuals if your congressman in your own state sponsor
a legislation on your behalf, i know this is a long shot, but who knows,many
people are getting it every year

It's me again .
I just spoke to my attorney and he said that there is something wrong with this letter.
My case still pending, and this should be oral argument, wich he think he will win , he said just send me $175 and 2 pics , and I will have EAD prety soon.
There are many people that got same kind of letter for EAD permit.
My attorney said theat he is attorney record,and there is no such record in federal BOA ore whatever . he said not to worie, and go with my job.
But i would likr to go and tallk with that , attorney that OPINION sugested. Opinion you can call me ore E-mail me if you got time.thank you man.
Agin thank you to everybody .I hope prety soon I will come with very good news.
