Hi there,

I intend to pursue my education in the usa.I have a 3 year bachelors degree in business management in India.So wanted to complete another year of undergraduate inorder to get into MBA.I have applied in few colleges in Virgina for this fall 2005.Likely in which i will get into one of them.

I am currently on a H4 visa.I am not sure if it is advisable to convert my visa status to F1.

Could You Please advise !!!!!!!Since i still have one month to decide.

Convert H4 to F1, continue to study . At the end of study you will get one year OPT, where you can work and earn and get your h1.

H4 you will not get this facility also you will get your h visa exhausted at the end of 6 yrs if your spouse fail to get 7th yr extn. More benefit in F1
