Please help! I made a mistake on I-485 application form

We selected "No" as the answer to the question on "if you have used public assistance" on I-485 form. Now my wife realizes that actually we used WIC program (The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children) when she was pregnant 4 years ago. Will this inconsistency be an issue for our application? Will our I-485be denied because of this? We are worried. Please help.
 
Probably not. The immediate beneficiary (your child) was a US citizen. Be prepared to justify your WIC eligibility with your paystubs (and child's birth certificate) at AOS interview.
