Please Help,I-130

Hi Guys,

My Cousin who is an American citizen filed I-130 for his unmarried daughter who is in India in April 2000.Case got approved in June 2002.
Now he wants to send these approved documents(yes, now in 2005) to his daughter to India.

1: Is this approval valid as it got approved almost 3 years back.
2: Now his daughter is Married(her husband is on H1B in US).Will this be a problem.

Please let us know.Apprciate your help.

To be honest, I have no idea whether or not the I-130 is still valid.

I also don't know how her being married will affect the I-130. My best guess is that her father would have to file a new I-130, with her updated marital status - but that is only my opinion.
Maybe the father should speak with a lawyer.
