Please Help: How long it could take to get Receipt Date from INS once I-140 filed.

Hi Friends please help me...My attorney is saying that my I-140 has been filed on 02/05/2002 at Vermont Center & I have wait for RD from INS...can some one please let me know how long it usually takes to get Receipt Date.

2 to 3 weeks for VSC

You can expect to get the receipt in 2 to 3 weeks and now a days they are processing them fast and within 4 to 6 weeks you can expect some thing from VSC..
