Please help -H4 - I-539 application issue --Please help

I was working company A and currently working in company B.

I have my H1 transfered and I539 for dependants are also approved which were filed by company B.

Company A, some how by mistake applied for I539 for MY dependants after I left A .The recept date filed by A is after the recipt date filed by company B.This is now pending status .

What will be my dependants status once the I539 for company A is REJECTED OR APPROVED OR Whatever ?.
Do I need to bother about that ... as I have already I539 for dependants approved which was filed by company B and I am with company B ? . Please suggest ASAP, I will highly appreciate .
 
If possible ask company A to withdraw the h4 extn application from USCIS. However company A is not authorized to extend your wife's H4 transfer or extn, only your wife is authorized to do so.
