Hi,

Does any body done (Or) know the "Proper Procedure" to Remove the "Representative (Or) the Attorney" mentioned in one\'s GC Application, if one wishes to Receive the INS Communications DIRECTLY to the Applicant itself?

In order to have a new attorney represent you you need to fill up and submit the G28 form naming the new attorney as your representative.

If you merely want to remove your attorney and reperesent yourself then you should be able to use the same form and indicate that you will represent yourself. I am not sure about this but you can download the form and see if this can be done.

Also, you may talk to an IIO after you mail the form to confirm that they have made the change.

They wanted me to continue with their \'pet\' lawyer so that he could continue delaying me and they could continue exploiting me.
