Please help. h1 revalidation when 485 pending.

My visa was expired on 09/01 and i applied for h1 extension. My new h1 is valid till 2003. My husband applied 485 in October and i want to send my passport for h1 visa stamping now. Can i send send my passport for visa stamping when my 485 is pending? Sorry for the confusion.

Do you have EAD?
I would wait 2 more months before sending it. Since it was filed in Oct you might get the approval before SEP. That way you can save money. If you have AP then even that is okay.
My advice is to wait before sending it. You can get it stamped in 8-weeks. Unless you have to leave the country, you can wait. You only have to renew the passport VISA before one year of the expiry date.
