I am planning to call my parents to the US for a short visit next month. However, my H1 expires in Aug end. How will this impact the issuance of vistors visa to my parents ? They will be applying for the first time for vistors visa by end of this month. My company will apply for my H1 extension, no doubt. I also have an EAD. Should I send them a copy of my I-485 receipt notice or copy of EAD, just in case ?
I would greatly appreciate any info/suggestions from you folks out there who had similar situation. Thanks in advance...

Copy of I485 receipt

will defintely help. Fill up and notorize affidavit of support as given by a green card holder because you are nearly one.

My parents arrived here on Saturday & my visa expires July 3rd.

I sent my papers and told my father to mention that I have appiled for EAD. They did ask my father abt my visa expiring on July 3rd ,
he told them accordingly and also showed my cousin\'s sponsorship papers ( not needed I think ), yet gave him a 10 yr multiple entry
visa.
At that time, I was in the process of filling for 485 & extension, so I didn\'t have any receipts, but you sure could send them notarized copies of your receipts.
