Please Help ! H1-B Transfer

I used to work for COMPANY A on their H1-B and recently (20 days back) joined COMPANY B after applying H1-B transfer to USCIS. Now I received another offer from COMPANY C (that I want to accept) and they are also willing to file his H1-B.

We want to know whether I can accept the offer from COMPANY C and apply for a second H1-B transfer with an existing previous H1-B transfer PENDING from COMPANY B.
 
Yes you can.
it does not matter if another petition is pending or not. As long as you are maintaining legal status, you can file as many petitions as possible concurrently.
 
H-1 transfer and renewal both pending

Hi, my current company A has filed for my H-1 renewal (premium) and another company B has also filed for transfer(premium). my current I-94 expires on 12th May.
I have received receipt notice for both petition. I am currently working for Company A.
My question is does it really matters which petetion gets approved first ? what if my transfer petetion is approved and then after my renewal gets approved. will it cancel my previous approval.. please help. I have not join company B yet because I wanted to wait for Approval on transfer application because it is a small firm.
