Hi there,
Recently I came back from India and got a new I-94 card. After coming back, we filed my H-1B extension and got the new I-797. But the new I-797 has my OLD I-94 number (my previous I-94 number which is there on my first H-1B. My lawyer forgot to ask me for new I-94 card).
I am planning to go to Canada for H-1B VISA stamping next week.
Guys, could you please advise me whether it is OK or will it create any issues.
If any attorney is looking at this post, your advise is really appreciated.
